Flames Martingale Collar 13" - 19"

This HOT collar is made with 100% cotton flame print fabric and is fully lined. I use strong and durable heavyweight 1 1/2 inch polypropylene webbing with high quality nickel hardware and welded dee rings. The collar is double stitched with heavy weight thread and strength tested by my husband LOL!! :-).

This collar slips over the head and will fit a dog with a neck measurement of 13"-19".
